●     BASED ON MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION(MOI):

Certain Universities will also consider the certificate issued by your higher secondary institution stating that the candidate has completed his/her education through the medium of English. This certificate is known as Medium of Instruction(MOI). The student will have to acquire this from the college or school they have studied.
